Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Pinnacle Buyers Agents (ABN: [Your ABN]) ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), operating under Queensland law. By accessing our website and using our services, including the Property Academy course and strategy call services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

Property Academy Course
An online educational course providing comprehensive property investment training and resources.

Strategy Call
A 1.5-hour one-on-one strategy consultation with Milos Lezaja for $995 AUD, conducted via video conference.

All services are provided for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts under Australian law to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Payment and Fees

Pricing
All fees are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors (Calendly, Stripe, or similar). By making a payment, you agree to the payment processor's terms and conditions.

Payment Terms
Strategy Call: Full payment of $995 AUD required at time of booking via credit card.
Property Academy: Payment required before course access is granted.
All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

5. Booking and Cancellation Policy

Strategy Call Bookings

  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule your strategy call up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled call are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days are non-refundable.
  • No-Show: Failure to attend your scheduled call without prior notice will result in forfeiture of your payment.

Our Right to Cancel
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer you a full refund or an alternative time slot.

6. Refund Policy

Strategy Call

  • Full refund if cancelled 7+ days before scheduled call
  • No refund for cancellations within 7 days of scheduled call
  • No refund after the call has been conducted

Property Academy Course
Given the immediate access to digital educational content, all course purchases are final. Refunds may be considered at our sole discretion in cases of technical issues preventing course access.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you have certain rights and remedies that cannot be excluded. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies your consumer guarantee rights.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided through our services, including but not limited to course materials, videos, documents, recordings, and website content, is owned by or licensed to Pinnacle Buyers Agents and is protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our content
  • Share your course access credentials with others
  • Record, copy, or redistribute strategy call recordings without permission
  • Use our content for commercial purposes

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Educational Purposes Only: All information, advice, and recommendations provided through our services are for educational and informational purposes only. We do not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.

No Guaranteed Results: We make no representations or warranties regarding the results you may achieve by implementing strategies discussed in our services. Property investment involves risks, and past performance does not guarantee future results.

Professional Advice: You should seek independent professional advice from qualified financial advisors, accountants, and legal professionals before making any property investment decisions.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Queensland and Australian law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service
  • We are not responsible for losses arising from your investment decisions
  • We are not liable for technical issues, service interruptions, or third-party provider failures

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by Australian law, including consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon our or others' intellectual property rights
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our staff
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Share false or misleading information

11. Privacy
